We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Sr. Finance Analyst to join our Finance Transformation this role you will be instrumental in driving financial process improvements enhancing data visibility and supporting strategic initiatives that optimize resource allocation and financial operations across Apple. nnYou will collaborate closely with various finance functions and business partners providing critical analysis and insights to support the evolution of our financial systems and processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant developments in how Apple manages its financial resources and drives efficiency.

The Program Manager- Finance Transformation will be responsible for supporting the roadmap for transforming our financial processes including the accounting and close-related activities within the R2R cycle and broader spend management across Financial Controllers. They will play are role ensuing alignment with overall business objectives technological advancements and regulatory requirements including SOX compliance. nnA key focus will be on identifying analyzing and redesigning processes related to accounting activities and processes across our finance functions with an eye towards strengthening internal controls improving data accuracy and enhancing scalability through automation and process optimization. nnStrong stakeholder management is crucial requiring collaboration with finance leadership ISu0026T SOX PMO and various business functions to ensure successful project delivery and adoption of new processes and systems. nnFurthermore the role entails supporting and executing change management strategies including communication plans training programs and user adoption initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for accounting and operational finance teams.

5 years of progressive experience in accounting and operational finance roles with proven experience in executing finance transformation or BA in Business Economics or equivalentn

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and provide data-driven proficiency in Excel for financial modeling data manipulation and ability to support cross-functional teams influence stakeholders and drive significant change in a complex organizational communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to various problem solver encouraged to present problems and recommendations simultaneouslynStrong collaboration and interpersonal skills; must be able to form positive relationships with business partners and peersnAbility to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced high-pressure environmentnExtremely curious; is not satisfied with easy or convenient answers; drives issues to root causenAbility to maintain strict confidentiality around product launches financial information and other critical initiatives
