We are seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer with broad industrial infrastructure experience to lead the reliability expansion and long-term strategy of critical process utility and facility systems supporting manufacturing operations.

What Youll Do...
- Lead Facility and Process Utility System Performance
- Provide technical ownership and long-term stewardship of critical process utility infrastructure including systems such as compressed air process water vacuum wastewater and supporting facility utilities.
- Drive reliability capacity and lifecycle performance
- Eliminate recurring failures through root cause analysis
- Develop long-range asset and obsolescence strategies
- Ensure systems are engineered to support business growth
- Develop and influence the 510-year roadmap for process utility systems and site infrastructure
- Prioritize investments based on risk reliability and business value
- Identify technologies and improvements that enhance operational efficiency
- Balance technical and financial considerations in major decisions
- Manage execution across design procurement construction and startup
- Deliver projects that increase capacity reduce risk and improve operational performance
- Build a Reliability-Driven Culture
- Partner with operations and maintenance teams to move from reactive maintenance to engineered reliability
- Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
- Use data and performance metrics to drive decisions
- Improve uptime asset life and total cost of ownership
- Shape Future Infrastructure Strategy
You shift the culture from reactive response to engineered reliability

What Youll Bring...
Requires one of the following:
Bachelors degree and six (6) years of professional design or construction management experience
Associates degree and twelve (12) years of professional design or construction management experience
- Experience leading capital projects and infrastructure upgrades
- Strong knowledge of process utility systems and reliability engineering
- Proven ability to translate technical challenges into measurable business outcomes
- Confident ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership through concise business-focused recommendations and presentations.
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience with managing building/property protection and loss prevention through third party insurers preferred
Role Structure & Travel...
- Preferred Location: Mason MI
- Remote role (U.S. based) - This position is available as a remote role in one of our approved locations*
- Travel: Up to 50% (domestic & international)
- Regular on-site engagement at our production locations
