We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work onsite at our Headquarters in Newark CA supporting VP-level and other senior leaders as necessary.
The Executive Assistant role is a position that requires the ability to interact in a fast-paced environmentremainingflexible proactiveresourcefuland efficient witha high levelof professionalism and confidentiality. The ability to learnretainand understand the companys corporate structuresareimportant to provide the level of support and knowledge necessary to complete daily tasks. This position will have a variety of responsibilities and requires the ability to work effectively within a team environment take initiative and be extremely self-motivated. The ability to build andmaintainstrong relationships throughout the organization will be critical. This individual needs to enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a diverse group and can work effectively in a multi-task environment that requires strong organization and communication skills with focus and attention to detail.

You Will:
- Serve as a trusted strategic partnerto VP aligning leader priorities within the function and translating them into coordinated team and cross-functional execution.
- Own and manage complex executive calendars exercisingindependent judgment within defined leadership priorities.
- Independently coordinate leadership meetings reviews and engagements ensuringappropriate preparation materials andfollow-throughwhilemaintainingconfidentiality.
- Draft edit and refineexecutive levelcommunications presentations and materials that require discretion accuracy and contextual understanding.
- Act as a key point of contact between senior leaderscross functionalpartners and external stakeholders managing sensitive communications with professionalism and tact.
- Anticipate the needs of VP leaders proactivelyidentifyingrisks gaps and opportunities and resolving issues before escalation.
- Manage domestic and international travellogisticsand expenses applying judgment around cost timing and executive preferences.
- Handle confidential operational financial andpersonnel relatedinformation with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Represent senior leadership professionally in internal and external interactionsdemonstratingconfidence and executive presence.
- Partner with other Executive Assistants to ensure alignment coverage and consistent leadership support across functions.
- Continuously assess and improve executive support processes workflows and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.

- Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills withagilityto manage changing priorities and competing demands.

- Strongrelationship buildingskills enabling you to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience; experience supporting senior leaders in Finance Operations Product or similar functions preferred.
- 510 years of Executive Assistant experience including direct support of VPlevelexecutives.
- Experience in a public company or large complex organization is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills includingexecutive levelwriting and presentation support.
- Demonstrated precisionfollow-through and attention to detail.
- Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Ability tomaintainconfidentiality operate with urgency and meet deadlines consistently.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States and able to pass a comprehensive background check.

Base Pay Range (Annual)
$110400 - $151800 USD
Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitivebenefits packageincluding medical dental and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays; and a401(k) retirementplan. Eligible employees may alsoparticipatein Lucids equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program.
