Our Northeast Division is a well-respected and award-winning group where career development training and mentoring co-exist with diverse civil environmental water resources and traffic/transportation projects in a fast-pacexped and rewarding work environment.

We are hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our New England Environmental Team. This position can be located out of our Glastonbury CT office or our Quincy or Woburn MA offices.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of environmental projects including but not limited to due diligence activities site investigation MassDEP CTDEEP regulatory projects and/or federal compliance projects.
• Manage cumulative project total of at least $750K annually and achieve profitability goals.
• Develop $500K in new project work annually.
• Write and review technical reports and proposals.
• Actively source for new business opportunities.
• Mentor and train scientific staff and ensure quality work product.
• Ensure safe performance of project work.
• Prepare and deliver marketing presentations.
• Hire and manage subcontractors.

What were looking for:

• Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science/Engineering or other related field
• Masters Degree is preferred
• 15 years of related solid technical environmental experience
• LEP LSP or pathway to obtain professional license.
• Ability to mentor and train staff
• Proficiency with MS Office suite
• Excellent technical writing and technical communication skills
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent safety record and understanding of safe work practices
• Valid drivers license good driving history and reliable transportation are required
• Business development acumen
• Familiarity with CRM reporting.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is highly desirable.
