Sr. Echocardiographic TechnicianPerforms ultrasound technical duties for imaging heart muscle and functions. Creates images of the heart cardiac chambers valves and vessels for the purpose of assessing heart functions and diagnoses. Collaborates closely with cardiologists performing the technical aspects of examinations evaluating findings and reporting them to cardiologists. Proficient clinician who provides clinical care efficiently and effectively using a high level of technical and organizational skills as well as critical thinking ability.

Weekend Shift - either 3x12s (Fri Sun) or 4x10s (Mon Thurs). Must be experienced with GE Echo machines and Change Healthcare and Work Experience:Bachelors Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelors): PreferredThree years technical experience: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Currently certified or eligible to be certified with a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification from American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI): RequiredEchocardiography (ECG) certification: PreferredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificationorBasic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredAmerican Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or CCI Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CCI-RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS): RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) certification: Required
