Summary of Role:TheSr. Director Business Finance Silicon Photonics & RFis a senior finance leader and strategic partner to theVP of Business Finance&OperationsandProduct Line leadership supporting two of GlobalFoundries most advanced and differentiated technology portfoliosinarapidlygrowingdisruptive sector. This role provides financial leadership acrossP&L managementcustomercontract management M&A integration and capital allocation enabling disciplineddecisionmakingacross complextechnologyintensivebusinesses.
The Sr. Director willoperateat the intersection of product strategy investment planning and financial executionsupporting businesses that requirelongtermcapital planningrevenue executionclose customer partnerships andcrossfunctionalalignment across Product Sales Operations TechnologyManufacturingand Corporate Finance.
Essential Responsibilities:
Serve as a senior finance leader and strategic advisor to theVP of Business FinanceandSilicon Photonics and RF Product Line leadership influencing decisions across complexcapitalintensivebusinesses.
LeadfullProductLine P&Ls driving revenue growthandexpanding profitability.
Lead financial governance ofcustomer and commercial contracts driving pricing discipline risk management and alignment tolongtermbusinessobjectives.
DriveR&Dinvestmentdecisionstomaximize ROI andefficiency
Lead finance integration forM&A joint ventures and strategic partnershipsimpactingSilicon Photonics and RF portfolios ensuring alignment across planning operating models and financial reporting.
DriveCapExforecasting allocation and investment governance shaping capital decisions that support technology roadmaps manufacturing capability and scale.
Lead financial inputstoquarterly forecastsannual operating planslongrangeplanning with a focus onrevenuegrowthprofitabilitycapital discipline performance transparency and execution.
Translate complex financial and technical inputs into clear decisive insights for senior leadership shaping recommendations and outcomes.
Challenge assumptions and ways of working to strengthen financial rigor efficiency and continuous improvement across supported businesses.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degreein Finance Accounting Economics or a related field;MBA preferred.
15 years of progressive finance experience including senior leadership roles supportingproductdriven manufacturing ortechnologyintensivebusinesses.
Proven experience inbusiness finance FP&A or P&L supportwithinsemiconductor advanced manufacturing or B2B technology environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead financial workstreams related toforecastingcontracts capital investment and business integration.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders across multiple functions and regions.
Deep analytical skills coupled with the ability to simplify complexity and drive clear decisions.
Comfortable operating with minimal direction in afastpaced ambiguous environment.
Travel up to 30%.
Fluency inEnglish written and verbal.
Expected Salary Range
$184000.00 - $325000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications experience and location.
