Summary:Responsible for managing multiple manufacturing facilities in a matrix organization supporting multiple lines of in a team-based environment with the ability to partner with and influence cross-functional leaders and understand the business and consistent results in achieving operational goals and targets identified in Key Performance Indicators(KPI)with responsibility in the following areas including but not limited to; workforce training and culture development product delivery within budget quality and delivery goals EHS compliance and sustainability P&L responsibility continuous improvement and internal/external customer service and Class and PayPay Class: Full TimePay: $129332.40 - $172442.85Essential Responsibilities:Responsible forinvestingto operatefour distinct optical labs within the United management of multiple facilities to deliver requirements associated with respect to quality customer service cost environmental healthand for achieving operational goals and targets identified in Key Performance Indicators (KPI).Ensure consistent processes and procedures are maintained to support efficient operations and enhance customer continuous improvement efforts across all areas (quality capacity costs etc.) that eliminate all non-value-added processes and team-based approach to strategic planning and implementation financial and purchasing management and customer and develop the skills and capabilities of site management world-class benchmark data to establish best practices and standard operating procedures across all compliance with all requirements of QMS as well as regulations promoting a safe and healthy to include selection training and development coaching counseling and performance Specifications: Bachelors degreeof science orengineering focusedonchemical mechanicalindustrialor electricalengineeringmasterspreferredorarelated field or of 3 additional years of experience in functional of6years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring training assigning work and managing performance of direct reportsExperience in afast-pacedmanufacturing environment with multiple facility responsibility requiredKnowledge of laboratory operations equipment workflow and procedures quality systems lean manufacturing and EHSExperience interfacing with multiple ERP CMMS LMS PLC Controls or other technology platforms requiredMustbe able todrive accountability and performance expectations consistently across multiple geographies and culturesExceptional problem-solving abilities to drive root cause solutions that deliver with financial acumenManage complex projects where independent action high degree of initiative and coordination across departments is requiredStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsCurrent understanding of automated systems data and technologyAbility to foster constructive and collaborative relationshipsProfessional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and develop people requiredStrong interpersonal skillsand ability to lead and inspire teamsAbility to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgmentintheperformance of his/her job dutiesWorking Conditions:The working environment is generally favorable.
