Sr Digital Product Manager

About this role:

The Sr Digital Product Manager role is a unique leadership opportunity for an analytical creative and experienced individual to makea big impacton Gartners client experience as part of our GlobalSales and Services Technologyteam. We are looking for an impact-driven self-motivated problem solver to lead a team of product managers and partner with engineering team datascientistsand designers to build and improveonCES and BTI technology supporting analystconsultations.

What youll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers owning an area ofCESand BTI interactions technology
• Serve as overall product owner anddrive partnership withdatascientistsengineersand designers
• Understand customer needs and pain-points through qualitative research quantitative analysis and synthesize into product opportunities
• Build roadmap and prioritizeproduct opportunities based on impact and alignment with business goals
• Design build launch and assess MVPsin accordance withlean product principles
• Drive alignment and working collaboratively with a variety of business and technical stakeholders

What youll need:

• Bachelors Degreerequired; MBA (or equivalent) will be a plus
• 8 years of overall experience and 4 years of experience in digital product management including people management
• Strategy or Management Consulting experience valued
• Strong quantitative data analytics capabilities and experience including ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations
• Strong working knowledge of lean product principles and software development lifecycle
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
• Strong executive communication skills with a proven ability to shape product vision and drive alignment on the roadmap with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside your comfort zone; and at the same time coach/mentor team members to build a high performing team culture
