VVG offers fantastic Culture as well as competitive pay 401K W/Match Medical Dental & Vision Youll Do:The Senior Data Engineer will drive the growth productivity and management of our organization by sourcing and delivering information critical for growth and operational efficiency. Using your technical acumen and business knowledge you will identify cutting edge tools and best practices to design and develop data solutions that advance business goals across various teams including Sales Credit Finance and Duties:Collaborate with various teams including Sales Credit Finance and Operations to understand prioritize and deliver data and enhancement with management to determine data needs to create portfolio reporting for internal management and external funding data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data the automation of reporting analytics and data collection develop and implement databases and data collection systems including data warehouse APIs to seamlessly integrate internal and external as a liaison between business end users and technology back end to bridge gaps in system functionality and with business users and vendors to define and manage system with technology and business senior leadership to prioritize business and information guidance and mentorship to other information technology team Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of data engineering experienceBachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experienceDemonstrated ability to define problems collect data and draw valid conclusionsStrong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutionsExperience auditing data inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy and validityAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersKnowledge of enterprise applications and business processesCommercial leasing and lending experience requiredExpert-level proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server SSRS SSIS and SSASExperience working with Azure Data FactoryStrong SQL query design optimization and performance tuning skillsExperience with relational databases and BI reporting toolsExperience with REST APIs and system integrationsStrong understanding of data design concepts and data management best practicesExperience automating data pipelines reporting and analytics processesStrong experience with Python or similar programming Requirements:Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening physical examination and background checkCompensation:$115000-$140000 annual salary depending on skills and experienceBenefits Crossroads Offers:Fantastic Culture401k matchHealth Dental & Vision Insurance HSA & FSAEmployer paid Life InsurancePaid Vacation DaysSick LeaveCompany perks such as employee discounts company events and training programsExcellent Training and Career Advancement OpportunitiesCrossroads Equipment Lease & Finance LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
