Job Description

Role:Wereseeking an experienceddataanalyst to leadanalytics efforts across the Scaled Engineering Operations (SEO) organizationand support management ofhigh prioritytechnical services( generation map).Thisrolewill workclosely with colleaguesinSEO to develop and implementmetricsused toprioritize initiatives drive continuous improvement and measure impact. You willact as a consultant across our LabelingAnalysis and Protocolteamsspearheadingworkthat will unlock the most critical insights and enablework across the role will alsopartner closely withEngineering partners tounderstand and supportcomplex services that SEOteams use todeliver results.

WhatYoullDo:

• Identifyandhelp launch newprocesses and tools that quantitatively measure our operational efficiency and the quality of our data products.

• Lead new projects and processes that can improve efficiency and/or quality.

• Scope and implement analyses experiments and pilots that inform product direction and answer strategic cross-cutting questions

• Understand technical details and critical datasets; work with stakeholders to design and implement improvements / solutions

• Track measure and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders thatshowcasesthe impact of our work

• Support ad-hoc analytics requests as needed.

Your Skills & Abilities:

• 5 years of work experience including in consulting finance or business operations or tech startups

• Proficient in SQL and/or Python with experience developing and implementing metrics and KPIs for complex systems

• Experience developing sophisticated innovative strategies for navigating a complex and nascent industry

• Proficiencyin crafting and presenting executive-level communications on high-impact contentious decisions

• Track-record of using analytical thinking to pose data-driven questions provide insightful analysis and define and improving KPIs for continuous program improvement

• Proficiencyin influencing without authority and building consensus across diverse stakeholders fornew ideas
• Experience in vendor management and stakeholdermanagementand communication with external partners.

What Can Give You a Competitive Edge:

• Experience and/or passion for autonomy driving technology and its transformative potential

• Understanding of machine learning data operations and quality control processes

• Naturally curious and excited to learn about the details of autonomous driving technology

• Comfortable asking questions.

Location

• This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Sunnyvale Technical Center in Sunnyvale CA three times per week at minimum.

Compensation

• The salary range for this role is $129400 and $198400. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
