As the Sr Business Partner role inStore Fulfillmentyou will work alongside team members from the businessand stores to understand current situation identify drivers for improvementand deliver solutionsto stores within the Order Pickup Drive Up and Grocery Pickup run-state programs. Through their partnershipthis Sr Business Partner rolewill support an environment that reinforces continuoussupport directly to our team members in stores executional support of projects from headquarters partners and creating the right feedbackloops between the two.

• Take a hands-on approach to ensurestores questions are being addressed through various communication channels in a timely manner

• Supportworkstreamsthat evolve how the store teams engage with headquarters for StoresFullfillmentquestions and support

• Manage supplies used by our OPU and DU delivery teams such as jackets vests labels bags etc.

• Execute space project initiatives inclusive of grocery pickup capacity maintenanceandpeak space store guides

• Represent stores fulfillment within Target sustainability workstreams

• Develops and executes detailed work plans schedules project estimates resource plans and status reports

• Provides leaders with project status updates feedback and appropriate reporting on key process focused objectives

• Other key responsibilities as assigned

About You

• Bachelors in business communicationor related degreeor equivalent work experience

• 4-6 years related work experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage details of various projects simultaneously

• Comfort with Microsoft tools includingExcel and PowerPoint

• Ability to build a strong network within Target and the ability to leverage resources and relationships to get things done

• Empathetic; ability to inspire team members and leaders to achieve results

• Passionate about deliveringgreater value toTarget store teams and Targetguests

• Strong interpersonal skills (listening and communication) characterized by effective interactions with a diverse range of internal and external constituents stakeholders and audiences.

• Desire to learn new capabilities and enable others to do the same

• Ability to influence others and manage difficult situations

• Awareness of and willingness to overcome the cultural challenges in every lean project
  

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
