Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Bill Rate: $120/hr.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to be embedded within a complex transformation program and to own end-to-end testing assurance across both Technical and Business workstreams. The successful candidate must have substantial hands-on experience in testing and implementation assurance for sizeable programs beyond standard Test Management or short-term project delivery

What are the top 3 skills required for this role
1. E2E ownership of testing assurance (Test Strategy Test Plan Traceability Matrices Stage Gate Assurance Framework)
2. Test Execution Management (risk identification and mitigation issues and defects resolution)
3. Communication and Governance (experience working directly with C-level IT and business executives use of soft influence.

Additional Information:
Program includes testing for multiple streams including Oracle ERP Data & reports automation.
Onsite Offshore testing delivery model
Prior experience working closely with and reporting directly to C level executive management required
