Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading Body in White System Integration requirements
• Supporting BIW DFMEAs DVPs & Functional Safety deliverables through project milestones at Systems Level.
• Candidate will deliver project-based goals set by the program management team.
• The scope of the role covers all BIW projects from feasibility through to production vehicles. Specific areas of System Focus are :-
  • • Defining and Maturing critical sections
    • Packaging
    • Develop and execute Upper body and underbody components
    • Interpret CAE simulation results
    • Integrate recommendations into product design
    • Liaison customer closures interactions
• The role covers BIW projects from feasibility through to production
• Responsible for ensuring the Body System content is delivered robustly on-time
• To accurately track status versus project milestones implement & monitor status utilizing KPI tracking tools.
• Actively engage with client to collaborate on design projects for trading off cost mass joining methods formability and structural performance.
• Ability to create complex underbody BIW data design incorporating best practice
