Supports the configuration programming and maintenance of internal applications and COTS solutions under general supervision. Executes technical tasks that enable application functionality quality and performance. Applies developing technical knowledge to carry out configuration activities troubleshoot issues and support integration with business processes and infrastructure.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Executes programming and configuration tasks for internal applications and COTS solutions using scripting programming and database languages.
2. Reviews business functional and technical requirements to support solution design and ensure configured systems meet documented needs.
3. Performs application deployment activities applying configuration changes fixes and minor enhancements under guidance.
4. Conducts basic testing and validation of application functionality to ensure quality accuracy and adherence to requirements.
5. Troubleshoots routine technical issues escalating more complex problems for higherlevel analysis as needed.
6. Documents configuration changes technical steps and supporting information to maintain system knowledge and compliance.
7. Collaborates with technical team members to ensure smooth integration of applications with existing business processes and infrastructure.
8. Monitors application performance and raises opportunities for improvement related to user experience stability or efficiency.

9. Role maintenance activities for Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) roles onboarded into Oracle Identify Manager (OIM) and SailPoint IdentityNow.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience in a relevant technical field.
2. 13 years of experience in application configuration programming or related technical role.
3. Foundational proficiency in relevant programming scripting and/or database languages.
4. Developing knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and application deployment processes.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience configuring or supporting commercialofftheshelf (COTS) solutions.
2. Exposure to enterprise application integration concepts and practices.

3. Experience with enterprise IAM platforms:

  • SailPoint (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow)
  • Oracle Identify Manager

4. Knowledge of access management concepts:

  • RBAC / ABAC models
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) MFA
  • Lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)

5. Familiarity with directory services and protocols:

  • Active Directory LDAP
  • SAML OAuth OIDC

6. Deep understanding of IAM governance frameworks:

  • Access certifications / recertification
  • Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  • Least privilege and zero trust

7. Experience with regulatory frameworks:

  • SOX HIPAA GDPR PCI-DSS

8. Ability to translate IAM controls into audit evidence and reporting
