Sr Associate, Strategic Planning

The Opportunity: 

Mattel is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join the Strategy and Corporate Development team at our El Segundo CA headquarters. Each member of this high-performing team plays a key role in shaping the future of Mattel.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

• Work with the Chief Strategy Officer and broader Mattel  teams to shape Mattels corporate strategy and support the annual strategic planning process.
• Partner closely with executives across the company on critical strategic projects across the company including leading cross-functional teams to realize business impact.
• Support key M&A and corporate development priorities across the company.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• BA / BS degree from a top-tier university.
• 3 years of total professional experience with work experience in management consulting investment banking private equity or in-house strategy.
• Track record of impact.
• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work successfully in cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder groups.
• Superior communication skills.
• Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning embracing challenges and improving themselves
