Strive isseekinga highly motivated strategicanddetailed-orientedindividual for theSr. AssociateOperations & roleis responsible forsupporting the market operations teams through continual process improvementand program managementwith a focus on scalability and position reports to the Sr. Director Market Operations and will partner closely with the Sr. Manager Market Operations.

The Day to Day

• Supports Market Leaders by successfully navigating a matrixed environment to address operational issues and answer related questions.
• Collaborateswith multiple internal teams to ensure a cohesive streamlined approach tomarketprovider and patientengagement activities including but not limited to:
  • Initiatesand leadscoordination efforts around various patient engagement activities
  • Projectmanageprovider engagement activities working closely withvarious internal& externalteams to develop strategyandtacticallyexecute.
  • Conductsstrategic analysis toidentifypotential risks and opportunities related to engagement activities and providesrecommendations for improvement.
  • Effectively pullsin and coordinatesmultiple internal resources to support engagement initiativesoptimizingefficiency and productivity.
• Developsand createscomprehensiveslidedecks for presentations conveying complex information clearly and compellingly.
• Implements quality improvement initiativesmonitorsperformance indicators and ensuresadherence to standards and protocols to enhancemarketoutcomes.
• Works cross-functionally to help design and implementsnew standard operational processes and process improvements into the Market adapting to market-specific factors.
• Acts as a resource person to administrative team department managers and clinical staff on any issues that may come about including but not limited to: IT issues patient concerns general administrative questions.
• Creates structure aroundcomplex ambiguous problems and translates market needs to leadership.

MinimumQualifications

• Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field.
• 2 years of experience in consulting business operations operations and/or with a high-growth healthcare organization.
• Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60ms.
• Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in provider communications.
• Project managementexperience.
• Experience inmanaging multiple diverse priorities and requirements.
• Depth of knowledge of the healthcare sector (renal care experience preferred).
• Proficient in PowerPoint Excel Word and Microsoft Applications.

Annual Salary Range: $74000 - $90000

Final compensation will be determined based on location experience and qualifications.
