Position Summary:
The Sr. Associate Director Foundation builds and advances annual/major gift relationships through prospect identification cultivation solicitation and stewardship; effectively represents the Hospital to a constituency of community foundations corporations friends and/or grateful families. Manage complex prospects and donors.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Minimum of five (5) years in event planning fundraising communications or related experience with 2 years minimum project management experience
- Must have knowledge and experience in using Microsoft products
- Must have strong organizational interpersonal communication confidentiality and public speaking skills
- Must have own transportation (to travel to events)
Salary Range: Minimum 40.78/hour - Maximum 65.24/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
