As a Sr. Associate - BPA Deal Desk supporting the US Surgical Business Planning and Financial Analysis department you will be trusted to partner with the sales team to structure deals out of our Fort Worth TX this role a typical day will include:

• Perform ad hoc and structured financial analysis to inform business decisions and drive value for Alcon.

• Maintain and monitor Surgical Pricing Guidelines.

• Ensure contract proposal pricing is within guidelines and that proposals have been reviewed and have the appropriate level of approval prior to financial approval.

• Consult with Legal IT and Finance departments.

• Make suggestions for changes in processes to automate make more accurate or efficient.

• Analyze track and report on the financial performance of completed deals to Senior management.

WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 10 yrs; Assoc.6 yrs; M.S.0 yrs)

• The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English

• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
