Position: Sr. Applications Analyst - Oracle Payroll Cloud

Location: Hybrid - Remote in Oakland CA or Alpharetta GA (2 days per week

Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire

Job Description

• Minimum of 10 years (current) experience as a Senior Applications Analyst specializing in Oracle Payroll Cloud
• 7 years experience with Oracle HCM implementations solutions architectecture with expertise in Oracle Payroll Absence Management OTL and Benefits modules.
• Very senior level experience (10 years) as a Systems / Application Analyst supporting Oracle Payroll and Benefits Cloud modules
• Current Experience with VBS Personlizations and Oracle Redwood UI.
• Current experience with End-End accountability and ownership of Payroll related modules
• Able to write and debug fast formulas BIP reports VB Personalizations Payslip template modifications

Job Description:

Looking for hands-on experienced oracle HCM implementation solution architect with expertise in Payroll Absence Management OTL and Benefits modules. Strong Emphasis on Solution design and experience in coming up with innovative solutions for complex business problems.

Strong experience setting and configuring Oracle Payroll and Benefits Cloud modules

Experience with VBS Personlizations and Oracle Redwood UI.

End-End accountability and ownership of Payroll related modules.

Skills/Experience:

• Understands annual business cycles and how to set up configurations.
• Experience in configuring Payroll Absence and OTL modules with a strong understanding of legislative requirements
• Able to write and debug fast formulas BIP reports VB Personalizations Payslip template modifications
• Ability to document requirement and functional specification documentation for system enhancements and regulatory changes.
• Query writing and execution data validation and analysis.
• Experience writing use cases test cases and test scripts configurations reports and interfaces for all common SDLC test phases including FIT/SIT UAT regression performance and DR test phases. Experience using Jira is a plus
• Experience leading functional reviews with business partners including facilitation problem negotiation and mediation.
• 15 years as Systems / Application Analyst or System Analyst supporting Oracle Payroll and Benefits Cloud modules
