Were looking for a hands-on analytics engineer who can own the full BI lifecycle - from pipeline development to executive-ready dashboards. Youll work closely with business users to translate requirements into trusted governed and scalable data solutions across a modern Microsoft-centric stack.

What youll do

• Design and deliver interactive Power BI dashboards datasets reports and paginated outputs using Power BI Report Builder and DAX
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS Alteryx and Microsoft Fabric
• Design optimize and manage complex SQL queries views and stored procedures
• Develop and support Alteryx workflows and analytic applications including Alteryx Server administration
• Apply data governance lineage sensitivity labeling and compliance standards via Microsoft Purview
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA and other applicable regulations) across all data utilization
• Provide daily production support for Power BI Alteryx and related BI solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT partners to turn requirements into actionable insights
• Participate in design and peer reviews and stay current on BI trends and best practices

What were looking for

• 7 years of hands-on experience as a SQL Developer or Data Analyst
• Strong experience with MS Fabric including Lakehouse/Warehouse modeling and pipeline development
• Advanced Power BI skills - data modeling DAX report optimization and paginated reports
• Strong Alteryx experience including workflow development optimization and server administration
• Proficiency maintaining and supporting SSIS packages
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts data governance and compliance best practices
• Advanced Excel skills for trend analysis and data validation
• Clear communicator comfortable with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in regulated industries (insurance healthcare or financial services) a plus
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field
