Analysis & Technical
Subject matter expert for understanding where to get data how to pull it and how to use it across multipledatabases (ex. EDW SQL)in order tointegrate into another database or report;assistsothers in finding the right data & correctlyaggregating
Writes requirements designsbuildsand automateshighly complexreportsutilizingadvanced skills in toolssuch as ExcelSQLand Tableau(ex.Utilizingmultiple different complex data sourcesrepresentingdata capture at multiple points in time designed in most efficient way to allow greater usability & minimizes production time)
Assistsothers in buildingreports
Continuously learns new technical capabilities & recommends how they can be leveraged
Acts as a team resource for troubleshooting issues andQCingerrors
Utilizes technical skills to automate processes in addition to recurring reports (ex. Automates email distribution creating automatic payment requests automating QC processes building temporary data capture needs for pilot processes
Problem Solving:
Understands how metrics across multiple reports and business lanes are interrelated and impact business outcomes
Proactively raises awareness for how proposed changes mayimpactreport accuracy & functionality including reports outside of their direct responsibility
Translatesdata into actionable knowledge for the business; through building of complex reports;identifiesopportunities and recommendsactionsto business leadersusing data withinreports
Leverages thorough understanding of source data toidentifyroot cause of report issues & proposes solutions/fixes
Project & Stakeholder management:
Developsreport requirementsby collecting input from business partners; makes recommendations to support more efficient or visually representative report build
Effectively leads working sessions across multiple stakeholders; mentors others on building relationships with key stakeholders
Directs & executes on next steps within projects for which they are responsible
Prioritizes timeaccording to value & business need
Influenceschange anddrivesresults
Articulates technical issues to diverse audiences; provides the key takeaways recommendations & gains alignment on next steps

The Wage Range for the role is $41.00-$57.00 per hour.If a candidate is hired they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.Washington Exempt: $80168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour Burien: $21.71/hour Everette: $20.77/hour Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour Renton: $21.57/hour Seattle: $21.30/hour Tukwila: $21.65/hour Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hourFor location-specific minimum wage details see the following link: for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
