Join our Logistics team and play a key role in managing materials and ensuring operational efficiency. You will contribute to the success of our organization by supporting material availability maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Manage the procurement replenishment and sustainment of chemicals gases age-dated materials and shop supplies using approved systems (e.g. tcmIS ADM PRISM).
• Execute daily material management activities including processing requests sourcing approved materials and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels material status and supplier performance to support production schedules and resolve supply disruptions.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory to maintain minimum/maximum levels prevent stockouts and reduce excess obsolete and expired materials.
• Administer age-dated materials programs including labeling shelf-life tracking storage recertification rotation and disposition in accordance with EH&S requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers production teams technical organizations and laboratories to ensure material availability testing special-handling requirements and risk mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives maintain accurate inventory and logistics transactions and ensure compliance with safety surveillance inspection and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Prior work experience with material handling or logistics operations.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience managing material accountability across multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Proficiency with MRP ERP and inventory management systems.
• Experience using performance metrics conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements including FAR DFARS ITAR DoD OSHA and CFR standards.
• Knowledge of hazardous material management.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
