ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysis & Technical:
Builds data systems models or assists in the building of databases throughadvancedtechnical skills(ex. Data modeling in Tableau SQL Oracle Netezza) and recommends ways to build most efficiently.
Continuously learns new technical capabilities & recommends how they can be leveraged
Programmatically manipulates tables in data repositories through automated processes
Develops ahigh-level understanding of all ROPS data andthe source systems where data exists (Reggie Nautilus RMT PPSetc)and data repositories to which it flows.
Identifies new data sourcesrecommends how to incorporate into existing systems& how it can be leveraged by various business teams.
Problem Solving:
Solves complex problems by breaking down drivers & forming a robust approach to solving
Leads training sessions & office hours to help end users adopt best practices with visualization tool usage
Understands implications of overall projects on broader business objectives and other business lanes
Business lead for User Acceptance testing;guidesother teammates in UAT & testcase creation; identifies ways to prevent further system issues through automation.
Develops requirements by collaborating with business partners & translating needsacross multiple businessesor data tables
Project & Stakeholder management:
Effectively leads working sessions & facilitates interactions between business teams and/or IT (ex. Requirement review sessions project status meetings & post-deployment feedback sessions)
Directs & executes on next steps toprogressoverall project(s); identifies & recommends new opportunities to improve existing processes
Maintains up to date documentation of data/process dependencies across multiple business lanes or systems; recommends ways to improve data documentation
Prioritizes time according to value & business need
Builds collaborative relationships across all stakeholders
Mentorship:
Providesdirection and helps with otherswork; viewed as a mentor and expert across the team
Other duties as assigned.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Salary Range for the role is $85000.00-$118000.00 per year.If a candidate is hired they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.Washington Exempt: $80168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour Burien: $21.63/hour Everette: $20.77/hour Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour Renton: $21.57/hour Seattle: $21.30/hour Tukwila: $21.65/hour Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hourFor location-specific minimum wage details see the following link: for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
