The Sr. Analyst Business Sales Operations designs develops and delivers reporting analytics and business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the Sales organization. This role partners closely with Respiratory Health sales leaders subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to improve processes identify performance trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated analytical professional who combines technical expertise business acumen and strong communication skills to develop scalable solutions that support sales performance operational efficiency and strategic planning.
What youll be doing:
Forecasting opportunity analysis and sales potential assessment
Power BI dashboard development and KPI reporting
administration reporting and process optimization
Customer product market and performance trend analysis
Recommendations that improve operational efficiency and support acute care revenue growth
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis that translates complex data into clear insights business implications and actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
Identify sales performance trends risks and opportunities using third-party data customer/product trends and market information.
Develop implement and maintain KPI reports forecasts opportunity analyses and dashboards that support sales strategy and execution.
Provide ad hoc analytics and decision support to Sales Marketing and cross-functional partners.
Monitor industry practices analytics capabilities and process improvement opportunities to strengthen reporting and business insights.
Lead projects by coordinating resources engaging cross-functional partners and managing timelines deliverables and accountability.
Oversee data validation and testing activities to ensure issues are identified tracked and resolved.
Partner with Sales to understand customer trends gather voice-of-customer input when needed and support effective use of sales enablement tools.
Present insights recommendations and progress updates to sales leadership and key stakeholders.
What youll bring:
Bachelors degree in business Information Technology Analytics Mathematics or a related field.
5 years of experience in business analytics SQL financial analyis pricing analytics business intelligence or related analytical functions.
5 years of experience within an IT healthcare or medical device organization preferred.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office including Teams and Excel; Power BI development experience required and Power Automate experience preferred.
Experience with sales analytics platforms and data sources including Power BI Definitive Healthcare LexisNexis or similar tools.
Strong understanding of data flow reporting processes and opportunities to improve efficiency accuracy and scalability.
Effective planning project management and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
Strong analytical problem-solving written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
High degree of independence initiative professionalism and confidence engaging with internal stakeholders.
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter we are committed to equitable pay for all employees and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices.
The estimated pay range for this position is $80000 - $110000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less within the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors all of which are subject to change.
