Job Description
Responsible for planning defining implementing and overseeing a designated enterprise-focused program specifically the Professional Advisor Strategy. Leads key initiatives to advance program goals while effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Serves as a subject matter expert on designated program givingdriving institutional relationships forward across both current and future state priorities. Supports staff in integrating the designated program into solicitation campaigns by increasing awareness and enabling enterprise-wide engagement with targeted program audiences.
Uses knowledge of trends and data analysis to advise strategies that diversify and elevate donors through various stages of giving including (where appropriate) complex planned and/or high-wealth giving vehicles. Partners with leadership to ensure these efforts align with and support revenue-generating portfolios across the enterprise.
Essential Job Functions

Serves as the subject matter expert for designated enterprise-focused programs. Applies a growth and solicitation mindset to develop strategic and operational plans provide quarterly updates and reporting and offer guidance to support enterprise decision-making. Leverages experience motivation and diligence to retain donors and generate revenue from mid-level major and high-wealth donors.

Develops and drives strategies for program growth and management. Provides counsel across the enterprise and collaborates with cross-functional teams to evolve initiatives into innovative multi-channel multi-team efforts.

Monitors internal and external trends processes and policies. Uses analytical reasoning and business acumen to identify best practices provide insights and deliver executive-level summaries that inform timely decision-making and mitigate risk.

Serves as an internal and external point of contact following initial vetting by stewardship ECC and call centers. Promotes enterprise-wide education collaboration and problem-solving related to this donor segment financial advisors and foundation trustees.

Manages a portfolio of donors and/or designated program audiences to generate insights and test collaborative strategies.

Mission Alignment & Program Development
Leverages hospital strategic priorities and giving opportunities to develop dynamic culturally relevant fundraising programs. Maintains current knowledge of St. Judes mission research and patient care and effectively connects these initiatives to donor interests.

Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong ability to understand and interpret complex verbal and written information
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others
- Ability to travel to 45 conferences annually
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; bachelors degree preferred
This position is based at ALSACs National Executive Office in Memphis TN and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
