Role Summary
As a SQL Developer & Analyst you will build and sustain database-driven solutions that support core operations and reliable reporting. This role exists to translate business needs into well-structured data applications and insights that improve process efficiency. This position is an onsite position located in New Holland PA.
Key responsibilities include designing coding and maintaining SQL Server/T-SQL solutions; developing custom applications and reports (including Crystal Reports); gathering and documenting functional requirements; supporting and training end users on ERP and custom tools; monitoring application performance; troubleshooting and escalating issues appropriately; and coordinating priorities and delivery with the IT team. Experience (C# VB) JavaScript html typescript and Crystal Reports will often be needed to complete certain projects.

Required qualifications:
-Experience (C# VB) JavaScript html typescript and Crystal Reports
- Bachelors in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent certifications/experience- 2 years as a SQL Developer or Business Analyst (manufacturing preferred)
- SQL Microsoft SQL Server Windows stack development Crystal Reports Windows Server ERP management process design/flow charting
- Strong communication project management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel to Ohio sites multiple weeks per year
-Experience collecting and documenting end user functional requirements
-Strong written and verbal communication
-Experience with Macola ES software preferred but not required
