Position Sprayer

Job Location Germantown WI

Starting Date Immediate

Employment Term Temp-To-Hire

Employment Type Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift

Starting Pay $23/Hour

Required Experience Minimum 1-year spray painting experience is required

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Spray poly coating

• Use hand tools and power tools including grinders drills rivet guns and rotation wire brushes

• Produce high quality work in a safe and timely manner

• Communicate with coworkers between processes to maintain flow of work

• Adhere to safety standards and company policies

• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 Years of spray painting experience

• Dependable transportation

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.; team lift products weighing over 50 lbs.

• Able to write; able to read printed and written instructions

• Able to stand for long periods of time

• Strong attention to detail
