You approach each project with intention preparing surfaces carefully setting up spray equipment correctly and adjusting techniques to match materials coatings and conditions. You move between shop and field environments applying smooth finishes to cabinetry trim doors and exterior surfaces while protecting surrounding areas from overspray. You review the scope before starting clarify details with leadership and communicate concerns early to keep work aligned. You maintain and clean equipment manage product changeovers efficiently inspect your work for imperfections and correct issues before they become problems leaving behind consistent high-end finishes that meet Stewart Paintings standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license
• 1 years of professional spray painting experience
