As a valet parking attendant you will perform the following functions:

• Greet arriving and departing guests. Opens passenger door(s) and offers assistance if appropriate.
• Provide claim check and instruct guests on how to reclaim vehicle.
• Inspect vehicles and accurately mark pre-existing damage on valet tickets.
• Park guest vehicles in specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
• Retrieve customer vehicles from specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
• Promote the courteous treatment of customers and resolving guest service issues.
• Follow all departmental procedures and policies to ensure efficient safe and secure operations.
• Ensure all guests problems are handled quickly to ensure guest satisfaction within the established guidelines.
• Set high personal standards for performance and encourages others to do the same.
• Accurate and efficient cash handling; accepts payments makes change follows procedures for credit and other payment transactions. Reports tips in accordance with proper procedure.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.

• At least 18 years of age
• 2 years of driving experience
• Valid drivers license
• Acceptable driving record
• Good customer service skills
• Friendly and outgoing
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Adhere to all regulatory company and departmental policies and procedures
• Must project professionalism
• Professional appearance; neatly groomed (no visible tattoos)
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions including wind rain cold snow heat etc.
• Must be able to jog walk and stand for long periods of time (8-9 hours)
• Must be able to respond calmly and professionally when handling conflicts
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrated stable punctual work history
