The following position is currently available:POSITION NAME:Sports DirectorLOCATION: Daily Family YMCA & R.C. Dickenson YMCAPOSITION HOURS: Monday-Friday Saturday variable hoursGENERAL DESCRIPTION:Under the supervision of the Daily Family YMCA Executive Director the Sports Director will be responsible for assisting with youth sports adult sports and all sports specialty camps. He/she will provide the community with sound programs in accordance with the YMCA goals and objectives while modeling practicing and carrying out the Y values of Caring Honesty Respect and :1. Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience2. Minimum 3 years-experience working in Youth Sports Programming or Youth Development managing multiple locations managing multiple staff3. Proven ability to grow a program in participants as well as finance.4. Volunteer or Staff supervision experience5.
