Responsibilities:
Architect implement and manage Splunk infrastructure and endtoend solutions.
Administer and maintain Splunk Enterprise Security environments.
Develop optimize and deploy advanced and complex Splunk searches.
Administer search head clusters indexer clusters and Splunk forwarders.
Partner with users to troubleshoot issues and build tailored Splunk solutions
Use Git to version manage and deploy custom apps and configurations.
Leverage AWS services to deploy and manage Splunk infrastructure in the cloud.
Track and manage work through Jira and ServiceNow.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
Education & Experience
6 years of Experience with a Bachelors degree or:
Doctorate in a technical field and 2 years of experience OR
Masters degree and 4 years of experience OR
Associate degree and 8 years of experience
Splunk Architect certification OR Splunk Admin certification with the ability to architect solutions when needed
Experience or knowledge in managing Splunk clusters and forwarders
Experience or knowledge in developing complex Splunk searches
Basic Linux experience or familiarity.
Desired:
Splunk Consultant or Splunk Architect certification.
Handson Linux experience.
Experience using Git for configuration and application management.
AWS experience supporting cloudbased deployments.
Experience with Jira and ServiceNow.
Splunk Enterprise Security knowledge or experience
Splunk SOAR knowledge or experience.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including but not limited to geographic location Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates relevant prior work experience specific skills and competencies education and certifications.
