Spiritual Life Intern

• Build supportive professional relationships with residents
• Provide compassionate non-judgmental listening under staff guidance
• Assist with chapel services Bible studies devotionals and fellowship activities
• Help plan and facilitate weekly programs and special events
• Support pastoral care efforts (e.g. visits coordination as appropriate)
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Follow organizational policies including safety procedures

• Real-world experience in nonprofit and faith-based services
• Skill development in communication empathy and program facilitation
• Exposure to pastoral care and community outreach
• Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals

• Current college student (preferred majors: social work psychology ministry human services or related fields)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in helping others and working in a mission-driven environment
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

• This is an unpaid internship intended to provide educational and hands-on learning experience
• Flexible scheduling may be available
• Interns must be willing to support and work within the organizations mission and values
