Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Speech Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Rifle CO.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech language cognitive and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Monitor patient progress and modify therapy interventions accordingly
• Educate patients and families regarding communication strategies and therapy exercises
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and reports
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation teams to support patient recovery

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Colorado
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous hospital or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Current BLS certification preferred
