Speech Therapist Home Care

University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to provide exceptional home care services to clients in the Southeast MI Region. Must be willing to travel. This role offers the opportunity to deliver personalized speech therapy interventions in a comfortable home setting helping patients improve their communication skills and overall quality of life.

• Conduct speech and language evaluations in clients homes to assess communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to client needs.
• Deliver direct speech therapy services to clients through evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor and document client progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to support holistic care.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience providing speech therapy in home care or similar settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients in the Southeast MI Region.

• Competitive hourly pay: $70.00 - $90.00 paid per visit
