Lima Therapy & Wellness is growing and were looking for a parttime SpeechLanguage Pathologist who thrives in a flexible relationshipcentered teletherapy environment. If youre licensed in MD VA and/or DC and passionate about neurodiversityaffirming sensoryinformed practice this role will feel like home.

Youll provide virtual evaluation and treatment for children teens and adults supporting communication cognition motor speech voice/airway coordination and functional daily communication. Our caseload is diverse strengthsbased and deeply collaborative.

• Deliver teletherapy sessions across pediatric and adult populations
• Support early language articulation/phonology apraxia fluency AAC and sensorybased communication
• Provide cognitivecommunication motorspeech and functional communication therapy for adults
• Use coregulation caregiver coaching and traumaaware strategies
• Collaborate with OT partners and supervising clinicians
• Maintain clear timely documentation aligned with clinic workflows

• Active SLP license in Maryland Virginia and/or DC
• CCCSLP preferred; strong CFs considered
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and digital tools
• Alignment with neurodiversityaffirming sensoryinformed traumaaware care
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
