Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join Northshore School District in Bothell for the current school year with an ASAP start. This full-time opportunity allows you to work closely with students to support speech language communication and academic success in a collaborative educational environment. Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate diagnose and treat speech language communication and swallowing disorders in students

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and educational goals

Collaborate with teachers parents and support staff to promote student success

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress planning

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress

Support students in achieving communication goals that enhance classroom participation and learning

Requirements

Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington

Current ESA certification required

School-based experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team
