PRN Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity Skilled Nursing

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate speech language cognition and swallowing needs
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled speech-language therapy
Address communication cognitive and swallowing goals
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as appropriate
Collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary team
Complete required clinical documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Michigan SLP license
ASHA certification as applicable
Strong clinical and communication skills
Skilled nursing experience preferred
