Concept Rehab is looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team in Ashland Missouri.

As an SLP you will:

• Evaluate patients with speech language cognitive-communication and swallowing needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Provide skilled speech therapy services
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Communicate with physicians nursing staff families and other members of the care team
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Provide education to patients families and facility staff when appropriate

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Missouri SLP license or eligibility
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care
