We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team in Adrian Michigan. This part-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP looking for a flexible schedule while providing meaningful care to patients and residents.
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech language cognitive and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with OT PT nursing physicians and other members of the care team
- Educate patients families and caregivers regarding treatment recommendations
- Current Michigan Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Masters degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Strong communication clinical and organizational skills
