Pay: Competitive per-visit compensation ($80.00 per visit)
Location: Oahu Hawaii (reliable transportation required)
Schedule: Flexible / Per Diem (PRN) Build Your Own Caseload

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Always Best Care youll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while helping seniors and kupuna improve communication swallowing function safety and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.
- Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients homes
- Complete speech-language pathology evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Address dysphagia cognitive-communication deficits speech impairments language disorders and voice disorders
- Educate patients caregivers and family members
- Collaborate with nurses physical therapists occupational therapists and case managers
- Maintain timely and accurate Medicare-compliant documentation
- Current Hawaii Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Minimum one year of clinical experience
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
