Concept Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Woodhaven MI. We have Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available for an SLP who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients while working with a supportive therapy team.
- Provide skilled speech language cognitive and swallowing therapy
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete documentation and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with nursing therapy and other interdisciplinary team members
- Help patients improve communication swallowing safety and overall quality of life
- Current Michigan SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in a SNF rehab or geriatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
