Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in beautiful Traverse City Michigan. In this full-time role you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping adult and geriatric patients improve communication cognitive function and swallowing abilities in a supportive post-acute/skilled nursing setting.

- Evaluate and treat patients with speech language cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve communication and swallowing safety
- Educate patients families and caregivers on treatment strategies and compensatory techniques
- Collaborate with PTs PTAs OTs OTAs nursing staff physicians and care teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with Medicare and regulatory standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to support optimal patient outcomes
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong communication clinical reasoning and organizational skills
- Experience in Skilled Nursing (SNF) Post-Acute Care Inpatient Rehabilitation Long-Term Care Home Health or Outpatient Therapy is preferred but not required
- New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
