What Youll Do:
  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy to address speech language voice and swallowing impairments
  • Collaborate with physicians caregivers and rehab staff to deliver quality care
  • Document evaluations progress and discharge plans in accordance with guidelines
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and family communication
  • Conduct and coordinate audiometric screenings and make appropriate referrals
  • Help train facility staff and contribute to in-service education efforts
  • Follow all safety and compliance policies with professionalism and compassion
What Youll Need:
  • M.A. or M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current NYS license (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA CCC preferred
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and a strong team-oriented mindset
  • Dedication to resident-centered care and high-quality service
