Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist School Based (Rehabilitation)

Location: Thornton CO

Shift Details: Day Shift 5x7.5 Hours 08:00 AM 04:00 PM
Contract Duration: 42 Weeks
Orientation: Billable Hours
Work Type: School-Based / Multiple Sites

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active Colorado SLP License required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of speech language and communication disorder treatment
• Ability to develop and implement IEP-based therapy plans
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple school sites
• Experience collaborating with educators and multidisciplinary teams

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in school settings
• Conduct evaluations assessments and develop treatment plans
• Implement IEP goals and track student progress
• Work across multiple school sites (Thornton Hulstrom Malley)
• Collaborate with teachers parents and school staff
• Document therapy sessions and student progress accurately
• Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning
• Support communication development and student learning outcomes
• Ensure compliance with school district and state regulations
• Provide education and strategies to families and staff
