School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K12 students in a school setting in the Bay Area area. Join a collaborative clinician-led team dedicated to helping students build communication skills and succeed in the classroom.

What Youll Do:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech language social communication and pragmatics
• Collaborate with teachers OTs psychologists and school staff to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families
• Maintain accurate documentation progress reports and compliance with school guidelines
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed

What Were Looking For:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active CA SLP License (or eligibility)
• Experience or interest in working with pediatric/school-based populations
