Full-Time: $4553/hour plus a sign-on bonus
PRN: $5565/hour

Vertical Health Services is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to join our in-house therapy team in Rolla MO. Were a locally managed rapidly growing provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location no travel between buildings and supportive local leadership.

What Youll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - including speech language cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic neurological short-term rehab and long-term care patients
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
• Use current equipment and modalities

What Youll Need

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus but new grads are encouraged to apply.

New to skilled nursing Many SLPs here treat the same diagnoses seen in hospital settings with more time to connect with and care for each patient.
