Reliant Pro Rehab LLC is currently recruiting full-time speech-language pathologists to provide services in Rockville MD and additional facilities in Montgomery County MD. Responsibilities

Delivering Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services to patients in accordance with the principles of speech-language therapy and Reliant Rehabilitations standards. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while providing high-quality care including patient screening and evaluation development and implementation of treatment plans discharge planning and case management. Uphold professional conduct that reflects Reliant Rehabilitations commitment to excellence and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Improve patients communication cognitive-linguistic and swallowing abilities through direct provision and oversight of speech therapy

Contribute to the development and sustainability of a robust SLP program

Strengthen clinical professional and leadership skills through collaboration self-study and continuing education

Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in speech-language pathology and the healthcare environment

Apply knowledge of relevant billing models and treatment guidelines to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards

Deliver care that aligns with treatment goals and produces meaningful outcomes

Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols within the facility

Demonstrate proficiency in reading writing speaking and understanding English for effective communication and documentation

Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed.

Qualifications

Masters degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
