As our Speech Language Pathologist you will be a vital clinician expertly assessing diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders to significantly improve patient quality of life.

Every day you will conduct comprehensive evaluations for all referred patients meticulously implementing individualized treatment plans. Youll contribute clinical expertise to develop/upgrade treatment programs/protocols and actively shape departmental and organizational goals.

To be successful in this role you will possess advanced clinical knowledge exceptional diagnostic/therapeutic skills and a compassionate patient-centered approach.

• Completes documentation of treatment minutes and enters electronic charges accurately and timely
• Participates in continuing education and develops advanced skills that enhance and align with department clinical and business development
• Participates on internal/external task force committee or board appropriate to diagnostic program per manager approval

We are offering $10k in relocation to applicants who meet the qualifications.

• Graduate of an accredited Speech/Language Pathology program or related field
• Internship in appropriate clinical setting
• Licensed by AZ State Board Speech Language Pathologist
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate

Preferred

• Masters Degree in appropriate clinical
• Doctorate Of Science in appropriate clinical area
• Two (2) years progressive experience in clinical area performing patient clinical care
