About the Role

Hello SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiringHybridSpeech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students across multiple school communities in Kiowa CO. This role offers a flexible hybrid model where providers complete direct therapy services and assessments in person at school sites while completing IEP meetings documentation planning and other indirect responsibilities remotely from home.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced school-based SLPs and clinicians transitioning into the school setting who are looking for flexibility and a supportive team environment. What Youll Do

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting

• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports

• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans

• Attend IEP meetings virtually or in person as appropriate

• Support students with articulation language fluency and social communication

• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills

• Complete documentation progress notes planning and compliance tasks remotely

• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
  

What Were Looking For

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)

• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply

• Strong communication organization and collaboration skills

• School-based experience preferred not required
