Hello SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in Greeley this role youll support young learners in an Early Childhood setting by providing speech and language services that help build the communication skills needed for lifelong learning. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) with strong mentorship and ongoing support provided.

• Competitive pay (Up to $65/hour) flexible full-time schedule

• Provide speech-language therapy services for students in an Early Childhood school setting

• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports

• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized therapy plans

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Support students with articulation language fluency feeding (as appropriate) and early communication skills

• Partner with teachers and families to promote carryover of skills across environments

• Maintain timely documentation progress notes and compliance records

• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)

• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• School-based experience preferred but not required
